Event description
Dive into the ground-breaking dualistic space model proposed by Peter Plichta, which harmonises the physical and spiritual dimensions of our universe. Plichta’s innovative framework challenges conventional scientific paradigms by introducing a twofold structure of reality: an ever-changing, relational physical space governed by the laws of physics, and an immutable, absolute spiritual space that transcends material boundaries. This presentation will unravel how Plichta’s dualistic approach offers a fresh perspective on the interplay between science and spirituality, providing profound insights into the nature of existence and our place within it. Join us to explore the bridge between the tangible and the transcendent, and discover how this model could redefine our understanding of reality.
Marco Gericke MD is a neurologist and works in Hamburg where he is also currently completing his second specialisation in psychiatry. Beyond his medical career, Marco has maintained a profound interest in mathematics, particularly in the question of its ontology. His ontological perspective is the Platonic view that mathematical entities exist independently of human thought.
His interest in mathematics is influenced by the theories of Peter Plichta and his exploration of the mathematical structure of reality. Marco also has a special professional interest in synaesthesia, examining its implications for understanding human perception and cognition. He is a professional affiliate of the Galileo Commission.
